The education

Every position comes trained: 10–15 real skills, picked from what owners like you actually need. Untick what you don't want, search and add skills from any other field, and if something's still missing — write it down and it gets tailor-made for you.

Names & personality

Why only now? Because a name alone is not an employee. The position and the education are set — now each role becomes someone you greet in the morning. Three words of personality are enough. Tap suggest for ideas, or type your own.

Portal gate code

A short number code that guards this portal's door — like a PIN for your team's room. Anyone opening the portal needs it on top of the account login. You can share it with the people you bring in. 4–8 digits.

Stored only as a fingerprint (hash) — the code itself is never saved anywhere.

What happens next
